Born in Honea Path, SC, she was a daughter of the late Elmer Ernest and Pauline Allen Clinkscales. She was a member of Lawrenceville First Baptist Church and a former member of Barkers Creek Baptist Church of Honea Path. She was a graduate of Honea Path High School and Winthrop College and was retired from American Greeting Card Company.

Surviving are a son, Kenneth O. Jones and wife Emily of Lawrenceville, GA, two daughters, Pat Walton and husband Dana of Milledgeville, GA, and Karen Jones of Lilburn, GA; a sister, Anne Clinkscales Miller and husband Ted of Vacaville, CA; four grandchildren, Jessica Parr (Evan), Tim Walton, Kelly Jones, and Walker Jones; three great-grandsons, Will, Ryan, and John Parr as well as a number of beloved nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a brother, Pat Clinkscales.

Funeral services will be held at 11 AM Wednesday, November 4, 2020 at Barkers Creek Baptist Church, 3207 Hwy 252 Honea Path SC  29654 with Rev. Tony Howell and Rev. Wesley Taylor officiating. Social distancing and mask are recommended. Burial will follow in the church Cemetery. The family will greet friends after the service.
