Born in Clinton, he was a son a son of the late Gordon and Anna Taylor Tyner. He was a member of Chiquola Baptist Church and had worked at Timpken Company for the past 42 years. Mark was a graduate of BHP Class of 1978 and enjoyed fishing and cooking. He was an avid sports fan, especially anything Clemson.
Surviving in addition to his loving wife of 22 years of the home are: his son, Jamie (Kacie) Tyner of Pelzer; two brothers, Eddy Tyner and Kenneth (Robin) Tyner, both of Honea Path, and his granddaughter, Remi Tyner.
Memorial services will be held at 2 P.M. Saturday, January 25, 2020 at Chiquola Baptist Church with Rev. Mike Moody and Rev. Ronnie Powell officiating.
The family is at the home and will receive friends from 1-2 P.M. Saturday at the church prior to the service.
