Born in Greenwood she was a daughter of Walter Buddy Brown and the late Betty Dutton Brown. She was a member of Henderson Baptist Church and was formerly employed at National Textiles. She was a 2006 graduate of Piedmont Tech with an Associates degree in Psychology. She was a lover of animals.
Surviving are her husband of the home, her father of Ware Shoals, a son, Bryan Tumblin (Tonya) of Hickory Tavern, a brother, James Brown (Dee Dee) of Ware Shoals, and three sisters, Dianne Gunter (Jeff) of Waterloo, Angie Bott (Greg) of Hood River OR, and Carol Owens (Terry Lee) of Ware Shoals.
Memorial services will be held at 2 pm on Monday, December 9, 2019 at Henderson Baptist Church with Rev. Brian Ackerson and Rev. Anthony Irby officiating.
The family will be at their respective homes and will receive friends from 1 to 2 PM on Monday at Henderson Baptist Church prior to the service.
