Born in Greenville, he was a son of Oliver Curwood Marsh and Ellen Mullenex Golightly. He was a member of Ware Shoals First Baptist Church and was employed by Builders First Source of Greenville.
Surviving are his father of Jacksonville, FL, his mother of Greenville, his wife of the home, a step-son, Kenny Teague (Pia) of Lexington, three step-daughters, Susan Howard (John) of Greenwood, Karen Garneau of Luling, LA, and Missy Horne (Jason) of West Columbia, a brother Carroll Marsh of Greenville, two sisters, Shirley Marsh and Donna Golightly, both of Greenville, seven grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren..
Funeral services will be held at 1 PM Friday, December 6, 2019 at Greenwood Memorial Gardens Chapel Mausoleum with Rev. Mark Strickland officiating. Burial will follow in Greenwood Memorial Gardens.
The family is at the home and will receive friends after the service in the Chapel Mausoleum.
