Born in Ware Shoals, he was a son of Betty Tollison Madden and the late Billy Ray Madden. He was of the Pentecostal Faith and was retired from Jostens of Laurens.
Surviving are his wife of the home, his mother of Ware Shoals, a son, Travis Madden of Hodges, a daughter, Michele Fricks, a brother Jimmy Ray Madden (Patsy) of Hodges, and seven grandchildren.
Memorial services will be held at 4 PM Friday, March 22, 2019 at Reedy Grove Pentecostal Holiness Church with Rev. Tommy Wooten and Rev. Grady Lothridge officiating. The family will be at their respective homes and will receive friends after the service at the church.
