Born in Greenville County, she was a daughter of Ann Coates Wooten and the late Samuel Boyd Wooten. She was a homemaker.
Surviving in addition to her husband of the home and her mother of Honea Path are: her son, Logan Wooten of Honea Path; her daughter, Lindsay (Trey) Lusk of Honea Path; a brother, Jamie (Lisa) Wooten of Honea Path; a sister, Sandy (Perry) Jordan of Garner, NC, her grandson, Ty Lusk, her special niece and nephew, Kayla Maddox and Weston Maddox, and several other nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her father and a brother, Samuel Boyd Wooten, Jr.
Funeral services will be held at 2 P.M. Wednesday, December 26, 2017 at Pruitt Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Mike Moody officiating. Burial will be private.
The family is at the home of her daughter, 590 Elizabeth St. Ext. Honea Path and will receive friends Wednesday from 1-2 P.M. at the funeral home prior to the service.
