Born in Greenwood, he was a son of Joseph Christopher Holley and Melissa Louise Weathers McCoy. He was of the Baptist Faith.

Surviving are h is father of Ware Shoals, his mother of Ware Shoals, two brothers, Thomas James Holley of Spartanburg and Noah Christopher Holley of Due West, a sister Jessica Holley of Spartanburg, his grandfather, Roy Burkett, a special step-father, Darrin Ginn of Ware Shoals, and a special nephew, Mason J. Godfrey of Ware Shoals. He was pre-deceased by his maternal grandparents, Vernon and Linda Weathers, an his paternal grandparents, Randy and Debbie Holley.

Funeral services will be held at 3 PM on Friday, July 20, 2018 at Parker-White Funeral Home Chapel, Ware Shoals with Rev. Paul Cooper and Tommy McClinton officiating. Burial will follow in Ware Shoals Cemetery.
