Born in Anderson County, she was a daughter of the late Angus and Creabelle Cooley. She was a member of Honea Path First Assembly of God and formerly worked at Chiquola Mills.
Surviving are: her son, Donnie Babb, Jr. of Anderson, two daughters, Robin Booth and Kris Stewart, both of Honea Path, four grandchildren, Shana (Nick) Vipperman, Travis Stewart, Brandon (Krystal) Mattison and Kole Stewart, and seven great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 2 P.M. Saturday, April 28, 2018 at Pruitt Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Andrew Overby, Rev. Homer Gilmer, and Rev. Chris Jarrard officiating. Burial will follow in Eastview Cemetery.
The family is at the home and will receive friends 12:30 – 2 P.M. Saturday at the funeral home prior to the service.
