Born in Abbeville, she was a daughter of the late J.B. and Ethel Bagwell Rhodes. She was a member of the Ware Shoals Church of God of Prophecy and was retired from Richloom.
Surviving are three daughters Millie Smith of Donalds, Darlene Cole of Powdersville, and Sandra Hughes of Mountville, a brother, John D. Rhodes of Donalds, six grandchildren, and fifteen great-grandchildren. She was pre-deceased by six brothers, Edgar, J.C., Jimmy Ray, William, J.B. Jr., Charles, and Dink Rhodes and three sisters Frances, Patricia, and Linda.
Graveside Services will be held at 3 PM Friday, April 20, 2018 at Ware Shoals Cemetery with Rev. Byron Wood and Mr. Tommy McClinton officiating.
The family is at home of a daughter, Millie Smith, 234 Teakwood Road, Donalds and will receive friends from 2 to 3 P.M. Friday at the Graveside prior to the service.
