Born in Laurens County, she was a daughter of the late William Otis and Blanche Mattison Davenport. She was a member of the Willie Kay Road Church of God of Donalds.
Surviving are four brothers, James Erskine Davenport (Carolyn) of Donalds, John Daniel Davenport (Karen) of Donalds, Luther Perry Davenport (Diane) of Honea Path, and Paul Timothy Davenport (Rosemary) of Honea Path, two sisters, Wanda Faye Walker (Kevin) of Cross Hill and Jenelle Sizemore (John) of Donalds, and a special niece, Beverly Brown. She was pre-deceased by two brothers, Kenny nd Earle Davenport.
Funeral services will be held at 2:30 PM Saturday, March 31, 2018 at Pruitt Funeral Home Chapel, Honea Path. Burial will follow in Broadmouth Baptist Church Cemetery.
