Born in Middletown NY, she was a daughter of the late Alton and Gladys Decker Dolittle. She was a retired Veterinarian Technician. She was twice married, first to the late Joseph William Rich.
Surviving in addition to her husband of the home are: three daughters, Dawn Skinner of Belton, Jenny Rich of Honea Path, and Billie Jo Rich of Iva, three brothers, Alton, Jr. (Sue) Dolittle of KS, Clayton (Beverly) Dolittle of NY, and Raymond Dolittle of FL, three sisters, Nancy Stalter, Diana (Frank) Valentino and Carol Ballard, all of NY, eight grandchildren and nine great-great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a beloved infant son and a sister, Dawn Dolittle.
