Born in Anderson, he was a son of Waymon and Betty Thomas Kelly. He was a member of Chiquola Methodist Church.
Surviving in addition to his wife of the home and his parents of Belton are two daughters: Autumn and Savanna Kelly of the home; two brothers: Trampis Kelly and wife Tonya of Anderson and Nathan Kelly of Newberry; paternal grandparents: Mary and Roy Timms of Belton; maternal grandparents: Clyde and Martha Thomas of Belton; parents-in-law: George and Debbie Tyner of Honea Path; sister-in-law: Kim Rieser of Greenville; and special granny: Peggy Whitman of Honea Path.
Graveside services will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Friday, November 3, 2017 at the Garden of Memories with Rev. Fred Treaster officiating.
The family is at their respective homes, and will receive friends following the service at the graveside. The family respectfully requests that flowers be omitted, and memorial donations made to McCall Hospice House, 1836 W. Georgia Rd., Simpsonville, SC 29680.
