Born in Greenwood County, he was a son of Harvey Kendall Fowler and the late Janice Crawford Tollison. He was formerly employed at ZF Transmissions and was of the Baptist Faith.
Surviving are his father of Ware Shoals, paternal grandparents, Ulysses and Alleen Fowler of Ware Shoals, maternal grandmother, Dorothy Crawford of Laurens, cousins, Christy Gambrell (Rafe) of Ware Shoals and Sue Ellen Bowie (Shawn) of Laurens and Special Friends, Dawn Whitmire, Andrew Delaura, Michael Croft, and Nicholas Gebo.
Memorial services will be held at 2 P.M. Wednesday, June 7, 2017 at Parker-White Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Dr. Marcus Bishop officiating.
