Margaret “Gin” Boyter

Ware Shoals – Margaret Virginia “Gin” Sharpe Boyter, 90, widow of Proctor Bostic Boyter, of 1129 Indian Mound Road, past away on her birthday, Saturday, April 8, 2017 at the home of her son.

Born in Abbeville County, she was a daughter of the late O.T. and Olene Free Sharpe. She was of the Baptist faith and retired from J.P Stevens in Greenville after 45 years of service.

Surviving are: her son, Phillip (Sherry) Boyter of Lavonia GA, four grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her sister, Betty Ruth Moore.

Graveside services will be held at 11 AM Tuesday April 11, 2017, at Greenwood Memorial Gardens with Rev. Dr. Marcus Bishop officiating.

The family is at their respective homes and will receive friends Tuesday from 9:30 – 10:30 AM at Parker-White Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to Amedisys Hospice, 53 Rock Drive, Toccoa, GA 30577. Online condolences may be made to the family at www.ParkerWhitePruitt.com
