Born in Greenwood County, she was a daughter of the late Aubrey O’Neil and Clara Taylor Hill. She was a member of Ware Shoals First Baptist Church and was a retired Floral Designer. She was a member and past Worthy Matron of the Order of The Eastern Star, Boyd Bobo Chapter, past Mother Advisor of the Order of the Rainbow Girls, and a member of the Ware Shoals Ladies Golf Association.
Surviving are a son, Ellis Kirkpatrick “Kirk” Woods (Trina) of Summerville, two daughters, Sherrie Woods Pritchard of Raleigh, N.C., and Adrienne Woods Rothrock (Tom) of Davidson, N.C., a sister, Martha Hill Coleman of Whitmire, and six grandchildren. She was predeceased by a sister Emily Hill Hough.
Funeral services will be held at 2 P.M. Sunday, April 9, 2017 at Ware Shoals First Baptist Church with Rev. Leon Jones officiating. Burial will follow in Greenwood Memorial Gardens.
