Born in Greenwood County, she was a daughter of the late Joseph and Ethel Juanita Jackson Clamp. She was of the Catholic faith.
Surviving are: her son, Jason (Jill) Mahood of Ft. Lauderdale, FL, her daughter, Trina Mahood-Jimenez of Orlando, FL, her brother, Joe (Rene) Clamp of Hodges, three sisters, Sara (Rev. Byron) Wood, Sandra (Don) Nelson, and Sally (Russell) Davis, all of Ware Shoals, and four grandchildren.
