Mildred Moore

Honea Path – Mildred Ilene Davis Moore, 79, widow of Frank Thomas Moore, of 718 North Main Street, died Thursday, September 15, 2016 at her home.

Born in Anderson County, she was a daughter of the late Jessie Wade and Ruth Cain Davis. She was a member of Chiquola Baptist Church and formerly worked at Chandler Chiropractic Clinic.

Surviving are: two sons, Samuel Dean Moore of Freeport, FL, and Marty Kayne (Naona) Moore of Lexington, her daughter, Melany Carol Moore Allen of Honea Path, her brother, George Dean Davis of Belton, two sisters, Nancy (Gary) Johnston of Honea Path, Betty (Bennie Ray) Yarbrough, and three grandchildren, Jessie Marie Allen, Savannah Kayne Moore and Cameron Thomas Moore. She was predeceased by a sister, Eleanor Davis.

Funeral services will be held at 3 P.M. Saturday, September 17, 2016 at Pruitt Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Brad Haynes officiating. Burial will follow in Garden of Memories.
