Born in Anderson County, she was a daughter of Catheline Taylor Watson and the late Jack Watson. She was of the Pentecostal faith and loved arts and crafts.
Surviving in addition to her mother of Honea Path are: her son, James Gambrell of Honea Path, two daughters, Paula (Troy) Kelley of Miami FL and Faith (Michael) Phillips of Asheboro NC, her sister, Rebecca (Roger Dale) Robinson of Honea Path, and two grandchildren, Taylor Pauline Phillips and Anna Peyton Phillips.
Memorial services will be held at 11 A.M. Wednesday, August 17, 2016 at Chiquola Baptist Church with Rev. Ronnie Powell and Mr. Mark Willis officiating.
The family is at the home of her sister, 210 Goodrich Street, Honea Path and will receive friends immediately following the service.
