Born in Ware Shoals, he was a son of the late David Alexander and Henrietta Turner Lusk. He was a member of Broadmouth Baptist Church. Randy was the retired owner/operator of C.R. Lusk Farm Supply. He was a veteran of the S.C. Army National Guard, was a formerly a supervisor for B.F. Goodrich/Parke Davis, and loved farming.
Surviving are his wife of 43 years of the home, four sons, John G. Murphy (Susan) of Antreville, Randall A. Lusk (Michelle) of Honea Path, Keith P. Lusk (Katy) of Belton, and Michael D. Lusk (Annie Laurie) of Honea Path, a sister, Betty Jean Ricketts of Honea Path, two nieces and nephews, and seven grandchildren, Kally Lusk, Klay Lusk, Tyler Lusk, McAuley Ann Lusk, Ella Brook Lusk, Nathan Lusk, and Brantley Murphy.
Funeral services will be held at 2 P.M. Friday at Broadmouth Baptist Church with Rev. Justin Phillips and Rev. Darrell Rooks officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
The family is at the home and will receive friends from 6 to 8 P.M. Thursday at Pruitt Funeral Home.
