Born in Abbeville County, she was a daughter of the late S.A. and Mallie Brock. Jessie was a full-time granny and loved her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She attended Crossroads Fellowship Church.
Surviving in addition to her husband of the home are: one son, John Junior Davis of Honea Path; two daughters, Jessie Ann Cole (Matthew), Gloria Diane Bordelon (Danny) all of Honea Path; four grandchildren, Jennifer Jessie Mae Rogers (Blake) of Pickens, Tamara Lynn Cole, John Allen Davis both of Honea Path, Amanda Pearl Bordelon of GA; two great-grandchildren, Christopher James “CJ” Rogers and Cameron Blake Rogers.
She was predeceased by three brothers, Charles Ray Brock, Samuel Daniel “Boone” Brock, Olin Brock; four sisters, Samanthia Pearl Gosnell, Nellie Lou Creel, Helen Brock, Peggy Joe Lollis and one grandchild, Pamela Nicole Davis.
Funeral services will be held at 3 P.M. Saturday, July 2, 2016 at Crossroads Fellowship Church with the Rev. Paul Cooper officiating. Burial will follow in Keowee Baptist Church Cemetery.
