Susan Haddon

Honea Path – Jennifer Susan Massey Haddon, 58, of 27 Pruitt Street, died at Rainey Hospice House on Wednesday, May 12, 2016.

 Born in Greenwood County, she was a daughter of the late Julius Decima and Doris Gwendolyn Madden Street.  She was a member of the Honea Path Pentecostal Holiness Church where she enjoyed hearing the word of the Lord and praising Jesus.  She enjoyed making flower arrangements, restoring antique furniture, creating and building furniture, cooking, sewing, crocheting, singing, spending time with her loved ones and reading her Bible. She was unique in that God gave her many talents which she excelled in and always used for others. During her career, she was a computer programmer, engineering assistant, accountant and office manager.

Surviving are a daughter, Stephanie Dawn Langston and husband Charlie of Starr; a brother, Chris Massey of Honea Path; two sisters, Adrienne Faith Hennes of Seneca, Gwen Richardson and husband Roy of Hartwell, Ga., and four grandchildren, Chelsea, Melanee, Chloe and Andrew Langston.

Funeral services will be held at 2 P.M. Sunday at Pruitt Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Billy Slatten officiating. Burial will follow in Eastview Cemetery.

The family will be at their respective homes and will receive friends from 1 to 2 P.M. Sunday at Pruitt Funeral Home prior to the service. Online condolences may be made at www.ParkerWhitePruitt.com
