Born in Westchester, P.A., she was the daughter of the late Frank and Grace Harris Neibert. She was a homemaker and a member of Barkers Creek Baptist Church.
Surviving are a son Randy Ashley and wife Tonya of Antreville, two brothers Bob Neibert of Ashton, PA., Frank Neibert of Delfunic, Fl., six grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by a daughter Bobbie Jane Gunnells and two sisters Grace Turner and Mary Smith. She was twice married, first to the late Charles Bryson Ashley.
Funeral services will be held at 2 P.M. on Tuesday, January 26, 2016 at Barkers Creek Baptist Church with Rev. Wesley Taylor officiating. Burial will follow in the Garden of Memories.
The family is at their respective homes and will receive friends from 12-2 P.M. Tuesday at the church prior to service.
