Born in Toledo OH, he was a son of Donna Marsh Dusseau and the late Cyril Dusseau. He was a veteran of the US Coast Guard and had also served in the Ohio National Guard. Joe served in the Rocky RIdge Fire Department in Ohil for 25 years. He was a member of the American Legion in Port Clinton OH and was employed by Goodman Conveyor.
Surviving in addition to his wife of the home and his mother of Graytown OH are: his son, Joseph (Kristen) Dusseau, II of Graytown OH, his daughter, Hollie (James) Reece of Ira MI, two brothers, Ed and Jeff Dusseau, both of Graytown OH, four sisters, Rebecca Rose of Graytown OH, Anita Myerholtz of Elmore OH, Renee Reif of Graytown OH, and Lisa Hasselbach of Fremont OH, and four grandchildren, Bailey and Tait Dusseau and Maxxis and Mason Reece. He was predeceased by a brother, Robert Dusseau and a sister, Sherry Farrar.
The family will visit with family and friends from 2-4 p.m. Wednesday, October 21, 2015 at Pruitt Funeral Home to remember Ohio Joe and celebrate his life.
