John Brandt Nabors

Waterloo – John Brandt Nabors, 61, husband of Debra Lynn Goldman Nabors, of 2202 Arnold Lane, died Thursday, October 2, 2014 at his home.

Born in Greenwood County, he was a son of the late James Oscar and Dorothy Madden Nabors. He attended Reedy Grove Pentecostal Holiness Church and was owner and operator of Nabors and Son Incorporated.

Surviving in addition to his loving wife of the home are: two daughters, Paula (Travis) Taylor and Mary (Heath) Lee, all of Waterloo, a brother, Rick (Sue) Nabors of Waterloo, a sister, Patricia (John) Tyler of Waterloo, and two grandchildren, Terry and Addison Taylor. He was predeceased by two brothers, Ray and Randy Nabors.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, October 4, 2014 at Reedy Grove Pentecostal Holiness Church with Rev. Tommy Wooten officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
