Born in Anderson County, she was a daughter of the late Levi Ibzan and Rosa Lee Brock Ashley. She was a member of Donalds Church of God, and was retired from Higgins Garment Co., where she worked as a seamstress. She loved flowers, gardening, and fishing.
She is survived by one son: Roger W. Ouzts of Belton; two daughters: Debbie Moore and husband Roger of Hodges, and Diane Ashley of Belton; one sister: Edna Brewer of Belton; twelve grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.
Mrs. Ouzts was preceded in death by one son: Stanley Eugene Ouzts; one daughter: Patsy Lollis; and two brothers: Edgar and James Ashley.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Tuesday, July 29 at Pruitt Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Charles Caldwell officiating. Burial will follow at Oakbrook Memorial Park.
