Jeffrey "BoDean" Barnes

Honea Path – Jeffrey “BoDean” David Barnes, 33, husband of Katherine Kelly Barnes, of 215 Lester Ashley Rd, died Sunday, June 22, 2014.

Born in Anderson County, he was the son of David Phillip Barnes and Donna Kerr Barnes. He was a member of Austin Rd Baptist Church and a welder.

Surviving in addition to his wife and parents is his son, Aidyn Barnes, all of Honea Path.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, June 25, 2014 at Austin Rd Baptist Church with Rev. Joel Keown officiating. Burial will follow in Garden of Memories.

The family is at their respective homes and will receive friends 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at Pruitt Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, the family request memorial donations be made to The Jeffrey Barnes Fund, PO Box 266, Honea Path, SC 29654.
