Born in Mercer County Kentucky, he was a son of the late Joshua Ball and Ellen Monett Houston Ball. He was a member of
Surviving are his wife of the home; two sons, Jason Hart of Honea Path and Kenneth Ball of Batesville, IN; two daughters, Jennifer Brown (Quentin) of Rushville, IN, Angela Beck (Doug) of Dillsboro, IN; one brother; Wesley Ball (Ann) Brookville, IN; three sisters; Willa Jean Henson (David), Brenda Martin (Clete) both of Brookville, IN and Juanita Linkel (John) of Batesville, IN; eight grandchildren, Jessica Hart, Jacob Robinson, Jayde Brock, Morgan Hart, Caitlyn Beck, Carah Beck, Cale Beck and Tyler Ball. He was predeceased by a daughter, Sherry Ball; two brothers, Don Ball and Kenneth Wayne Ball and one sister, Lorene Dunn.
Funeral services will be 3 PM Saturday at Pruitt Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. T.W. McGuffin, Mr. Mark Willis and Mr. Tony Brown officiating. A Memorial service will be held at a later date.
The family will receive friends from 1:30 – 3 PM Saturday at Pruitt Funeral Home prior to the service. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society or the American Heart Association.
