Montine Lancaster

Ware Shoals - Rose Montine “Teeny” Hite Lancaster, 86, wife of Boyce P. Lancaster, Jr. of 12 N. Greenwood Ave. Ext., died Friday, April 12, 2013 at Self Regional Medical Center.  She was born in Aiken County, a daughter of the late Rev. E. E. Hite, Sr. and Mary Ergle Hite.   She was retired from West End Drugs and was a member of Ware Shoals First Baptist Church.

 

Surviving are:  her husband, of the home, one son, Steve Lancaster and wife Vivian of Waterloo,  two daughters, Judy Henderson and husband, Stanley of Waterloo and Jean Crawford and husband, Joel of Ware Shoals, one sister, Rudelle  Perry of Johnston, seven grandchildren and two great grandchildren. 

She was pre-deceased by two brothers and one sister.

Funeral services will be conducted at 2 P.M. Monday,April 15, 2013 at Ware Shoals First Baptist Church with Rev. Leon Jones and  Rev. Dr. Floyd Parker officiating. Burial will be in Greenwood Memorial Gardens
