Born in Anderson County, she was a daughter of Robert and Rebecca Risner Phillips of Honea Path. She was of the Holiness Faith. A graduate of BHP and Tri County Tech and worked as an RN for twenty years at AnMed and Willow Creek Nursing Home.
Surviving are her husband Rickey, one son, Noah Magaha and one daughter, Kate Magaha all of the home. Also surviving are her parents of Honea Path, a sister Karen Clark of Honea Path, and maternal grandparents, James and Marie Risner of Honea Path.
Funeral services will be held at 3PM Sunday at Pruitt Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Paul Cooper, Rev. Ted Coody and Rev. Greg Loner officiating. Burial will be in the Garden of Memories. The family will be at the home and will receive friends Sunday prior to the service from 1-3PM at Pruitt Funeral Home.
