Marian Edwards Martin

WARE SHOALS - Marian Edwards Martin, 77, widow of Leon Martin, of 27 S. Greenwood Ave., died Thursday, Nov. 8, 2012 at her home. She was born in Ware Shoals, a daughter of the late Wilbur and Laura Gregory Edwards. She was a member of the Ware Shoals First Baptist Church.

 

Surviving are: two sons, Tommy Golden and Larry Martin and wife Robbie, both of Ware Shoals; three daughters, Carol McCurry and husband Barry of Greenwood, Beverly Pilgrim and husband Mike of Ware Shoals and Terry Wells and husband Jack of Ninety Six, SC; nine grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; one brother, Jimmy Edwards of Greenwood; and a special friend, Sherry Sullivan, Greenwood.

She was predeceased by two sons, Robert Barron Golden, Jr., Mark Anthony Golden and a sister, Inez Martin.
