Born in Greenwood County, he was the son of Calvin Robert and Elaine Coker Taylor.  He was a member of Hodges United Methodist Church, a graduate of Clemson University, an avid hunter and fisherman and was employed with McKinley Crafting.

Surviving in addition to his parents are: two sons, Riley Shane Taylor and Colton Robert Taylor of Ware Shoals, and the mother of his children, Leslie Riley Taylor.

He was predeceased by his grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Cecil Coker and Mr. and Mrs. Robert R.Taylor.

Funeral services will be held at 3PM Sunday at Parker-White Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Leon Jones and Rev. R. T. Bowling officiating.  Burial will follow in Greenwood Memorial Gardens.

The family will receive friends from 1:30 – 3PM prior to the service at Parker-White Funeral Home.  Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to a charity of one’s choice.  The family is at the home of his parents, 9 Woodlawn Drive. Online condolences may be made at www.parkerwhitepruitt.com
