Julia Burton

 Hodges – Julia Charline Zyla Burton, 70, wife of James “Spud” Burton, of 1505 Morgan Road, died Tuesday May 22, 2012 at Self Regional Medical Center.

 Born in Wahnetta FL, she was a daughter of the late David and Virgie Mae Holley. She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church and retired from Bosch.

 Surviving in addition to her husband of the home are, four sons; Jimmy (Linda) Walker of Ft. Meade FL, Ricky Allen of Bullhead City AZ, Billy Allen of Lansing MI, and Bo Allen of Bartow FL, a stepson, Johnny Ray (Sheri) Burton of Ware Shoals, one daughter, Sherry Smith of Lakeland FL, a stepdaughter, Debbie (Mike) Coleman of Hodges, two brothers, three sisters, 32 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

 She was predeceased by a daughter, Joye Buffomayer, a stepson, Gary Wayne Burton, two brothers and one sister.

 Funeral services will be held Friday May 25, 2012 at 2PM at Parker-White Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Greenwood Memorial Gardens.
