Born in Greenville County, she was the daughter of the late Curtis Woodrow and Mildred Green Wilson. She was a member of Welcome Baptist Church of Greenville and a homemaker.
Surviving in addition to her husband of the home are one son, Greg Smith and wife Amanda of Waterloo; one daughter, Kristi S. Grigsby and husband Eric of Abbeville; four brothers; and seven grandchildren; Joseph, Katie, Tori, Jacob, John Patrick, David, and Catherine.
Funeral services will be at 12 noon on Tuesday November 15, 2011 at Calvary Baptist Church with Rev. Lamar Babb, Rev. Mike Smith and Rev. Curt Eidson officiating. The body will be placed in the church at 11 AM on Tuesday. Burial will follow in Greenwood Memorial Gardens.
