Born in Middleton, GA, she was a daughter of the late Marvin Pascal and Mildred Anderson Todd. She was a member of Midland Park Baptist Church in N. Charleston, and was retired from civil service with the Federal Government after 34 years of faithful service.

 

 Surviving are two sons: William Paul Ezell (Charlynn) of Anderson, and Walter Sydney Downs of Charleston; three daughters: Donna ‘Cindy’ Eelman (Joseph) of Charleston, Sherry Bazar of N. Charleston, and Rhonda Cornelius (Steven) of Atlanta, GA; one brother: Sidney Todd of Honea Path; and two sisters: Linda Satterfield (James) of Honea Path, and Joyce Ovrick (Richard) of Chamberlee, GA. Also fourteen grandchildren and fifteen great grandchildren.

 She was pre-deceased by two sisters: Nellie Elizabeth ‘Betsy’ Todd White, and Nancy Mildred Todd.

 Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Thursday at Ware Shoals United Methodist Church (7 N. Greenwood Ave, Ware Shoals, 29692) with Rev. Tina Thomas officiating. Burial will follow in Greenwood Memorial Gardens.

 The family will receive friends from 1 to 2 P.M. prior to the service at Ware Shoals United Methodist Church. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Odyssey Hospice (5965 Core Rd. Suite 603, N. Charleston, SC 29406), the Cancer Society of South Charleston (269 Calhoun St., Charleston, SC 29401), or the Alzheimer’s Association, South Carolina Chapter (4124 Clemson Blvd – Ste L, Anderson, SC 29621).
