Born in Johnsonburg, N.J., he was a son of the late Andrew J. and Hazel Hendershot Billow. He was a member of Asaville Baptist Church and was retired from Hoffman-LaRoche. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army, World War II.

 

Surviving are his wife of the home; a son, Andrew James Billow of Blairstown, N.J.; a daughter, Debra L. Snyder of Anderson, and two grandchildren.

 

Funeral services will be held at 1 P.M. Monday at Asaville Baptist Church with Rev. Harold Walters officiating.

 

The family will receive friends at the Church Social Hall immediately following the service. The family is at the home.
