Vivian Goldsmith

Honea Path – Vivian Joyce Davis Goldsmith, 90, widow of Richard Samuel Goldsmith, formerly of 200 Wildwood Drive, died Thursday, April 21, 2016 in Marchbank Assisted Living and Memory Care of Anderson.

Born in Battle Creek, Mi., she was a daughter of the late Chester P. and Zoe Ralph Davis. She was a member of the Berachah Church of Houston, TX. She was formerly of Climax, Mi. where she was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary and later sold real estate in the Easley and Greenville areas.

Surviving are two sons, Aaron Goldsmith and wife Wilma of Greenville, Gerald Goldsmith and wife Kathy of Abbeville, two daughters, Rita Davis and husband Dale of Climax, Mi. and Lois Jeffreys and husband Jimmy of Niceville, Fl., a sister, Ruth Heyser of Indiana, nine grandchildren, and fifteen great-grandchildren. She was pre-deceased by four brothers, Theo, Deo, Ralph, and Charles Davis.

Funeral services will be held at 11 AM Tuesday, April 26, 2016 at Pruitt Funeral Home Chapel with Elder Jimmy Jeffreys officiating. Private burial will follow at a later date.
