Born in Columbia, she was a daughter of the late Aughtry Bethune and Evelyn Ada Dudding McNaull. She was a member of Shandon Presbyterian Church of Columbia, and was retired from the State of South Carolina.
Ms. Setzer is survived by one daughter: Catherine Setzer Baughman and husband Joe of Honea Path; one sister: Sara McNaull Herrin of Davis, CA; five nephews: David Herrin of Weed, CA, Daniel Herrin of Woodlands, CA, Mark Parrish of Chapin, SC, Kyle Setzer of Portland, OR, and Kurt Setzer of Portland, OR; three nieces: Melissa Herrin of Davis, CA, Kara Setzer Stevens of Irmo, and Kate Setzer of Irmo.
