Born in Clinton, SC, she was a daughter of William Thomas Franklin of Clinton and Anita Jo Saxon Carter (Kenneth) of Ulysses, PA.  She was of the Christian faith, a graduate of Northern Potter High in Ulysses, PA and attended University of Pittsburg in Bradford, PA.

Surviving are her parents, a son, Logan Crawford of Ware Shoals, a daughter, Kira Crawford of Ulysses, PA, one brother, Rodney Thomas Franklin of Sussolk, VA, and a nephew Iziah Lee Franklin of Ulysses, PA.

She was predeceased by a brother, Randy Lee Franklin.

A private service will be held at a later date.
