Born in Abbeville County he was a son of the late Ansel Howard and Beatrice Roark Lollis. He was a member of Donalds Church of God for 63 years and served as clerk for 40+ years. He retired from Monumental Life Insurance Company. He enjoyed farming and fishing.

Surviving are his wife, Wilma, of the home, a daughter, Cynthia Lollis of the home, a brother Donnie Ray Lollis (Carol) of Honea Path, two sisters, Rachael Loftis (Archie) of Anderson and Shirley McKinsey of Honea Path, and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents he was predeceased b y a brother Junior Lollis and a sister Marie Kerr.

Private graveside services will be held at Eastview Cemetery with Rev. James Ray Lollis officiating.
