Born in Anderson, he was a son of the late Charles Ansel and Betty Ann McClain Bell. He worked as an Auto Mechanic, and owned his own garage in Honea Path for 30 years. He loved music, and loved to talk to people.

In addition to his wife of the home, Mr. Bell is survived by two sons: Josh Crawford and wife Heather of Belton and Jordan Coker of McCormick; two daughters: Zoey Price and fiancée Darden Neuse of Spartanburg and Jennifer Wright and husband Griffin of Anderson; his brother Willie “Bill” Bell and wife Bonnie of Honea Path; his sister Yvonne Giese of Murray, KY; and four grandchildren: Troy Crawford, Gemma Crawford, Noah Kastner and Elizabeth Neuse.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Monday, February 16 at Pruitt Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Justin Phillips officiating. Burial will follow at the Garden of Memories. The family will receive friends from 10-11 AM at Pruitt Funeral Home, prior to the service.
