Born in Honea Path, she was a daughter of the late Sammie and Mae Davis. She was retired from her work at Michelin Tire Corporation. She loved her family dearly, and enjoyed many trips to the beach.

Mrs. Hyland is survived by her daughter Regina Vaughn of Aurora, CO; two sisters: Barbara Summer (Forrest) of Williamston and Gloria Moon of Belton; her granddaughter Hilary Durham of Ohio; two great-grandchildren; and many beloved step-children and step-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her brother Elbert Davis and her sister Nancy Kimberly.

Memorial services will be held on at 2:00 PM on Saturday, March 1 at Bethany World Outreach Center with Rev. Rick Knight officiating. The family will receive friends at the church from 1-2 PM prior to the service.
