Born in Greenwood  he was a son of the late Leroy and Doris Ballard Manley. He was formerly employed by the Town of Ware Shoals, an avid pool player who loved wrestling and working on Hot Rod’s.

Surviving are three sisters, Evelyn Hopkins (Sammy) and Louise Taylor Keeler (Michael) of Ware Shoals and Dorothy  Byington of Williamston, and numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents he was predeceased by two brothers, Roy B. Manley and Rodger Dale Manley.

Memorial services will be held at 2 PM on Sunday, December 29, 2024 at Parker-White Funeral Home, Ware Shoals.
