Born in tupelo, MS, he was a son of the late Carl and Lenora Farrar Allred. He worked as a Plant Engineer for Greenville County School District, and was a veteran of the SC Army National Guard.

Mr. Allred is survived by his two sons: Jon Allred of Piedmont and Michael Allred of Mississippi; his daughter Jennifer Allred of Piedmont; his sister Rhonda Allred; and his two granddaughters: Kailyn and Adilyn Bowden.

In addition to his wife Sheila, he was preceded in death by his brother David Allred. He is also survived by his two dogs: Cosmo and Fidget.

Funeral services have been postponed. New details will be announced at a later date.
