He was born in Greenville, SC and was a member of the Honea Path Church of God. He was employed by the Honea Path Police Department. He was a graduate of BHP High School where he was a member of the State Champion Wrestling Team. He was also a 2014 graduate of Piedmont Tech with a degree in Criminal Justice.
Surviving in addition to his parents are a sister, Erica Morgan Shuler of the home, Paternal grandparents, Marshall Oneil and Betty Lambert Shuler of Georgetown, Maternal grandparents, Ervin and Anne Gulledge Hayden of Hartsville, and maternal great-grandmother, Lucille Gulledge of Darlington.
Funeral services will be held at 2 P.M. on Wednesday, July 8, 2015 at the Honea Path Church of God with Rev. Tony Edwards and Rev. Chris Jarrard officiating. Burial will follow in the Garden of Memories.
