Born in Abbeville County, she was a daughter of the late James Sylvester McCall and Maudie Pauline Alewine McCall. She was retired from Inman Mills and attended the Interdenominational Church of God.

Surviving are three daughters; Lesa Wells of Laurens, Rhonda Wells Babb of Donalds and Jodie Wells Simmons and husband David, Jr. of Laurens, two brothers; Jimmy McCall and James S. McCall, Jr. both of Honea Path and sister; Shirley M. Cooley of Honea Path and eight grandchildren.

Funeral services will be 2 PM Sunday at Pruitt Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Donnie Holland and Rev. David Robinson officiating. Burial will follow in Greenwood Memorial Gardens.
