David Sullivan

Honea Path – David Edward Sullivan, 84, husband of Bobbie Ruth Gambrell Sullivan, of 406 Harper St., died Thursday, February 26, 2015 at AnMed Health Medical Center.

Born in Anderson County, he was a son of the late John L. and Etta Sheriff Sullivan. He was a member of Honea Path First Baptist Church and retired from Chiquola Mills. He was a Lifetime Mason – Fountain Inn Lodge and a charter member of the Honea Path Rescue Squad.

Surviving in addition to his loving wife of 61 years of the home are: a son, John Robert “Butch” Sullivan of the home, a daughter, Betty (Mike) Campbell of Belton, a sister-in-law, Ruth Moore of Anderson, a grandson, Johnny (Jamie) Campbell and two great-granddaughters, Alexandra and Ashlee Campbell. He was predeceased by three brothers and two sisters.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, February 28, 2015 at Pruitt Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Benjamin Taylor officiating. Burial will follow in Garden of Memories.

The family is at the home of his daughter, 191 Victory Lane, Belton, and will receive friends from 10-11 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home prior to the service. Online condolences may be made to the family at www.ParkerWhitePruitt.com
