Born in Easley, SC she was a daughter of the late Hyman Greer and Annie Fricks Greer. She was a member of Honea Path First Baptist Church and was a homemaker.

Surviving are one son; William E. Pruitt, Jr. and wife Anne of Honea Path, one half-sister; Annie Mae O’deal, two grandsons; Will Pruitt and wife Pam and Dan Pruitt both of Honea Path and one great-grandson; Reece Pruitt of Honea Path.

Memorial services will be held 2 PM Sunday November 2, 2014 at Honea Path First Baptist Church with Rev. Mike Moody officiating.

The family will receive friends from 1-2 PM Sunday prior to the service at the church. The family request that flowers be omitted and memorials made to Honea Path First Baptist Church Building Fund, 100 S. Main Street, Honea Path, SC 29654.
